This is the most complete service structure reference in the Upland community. Every weekly drop from July 2025 through April 2026 — 38 volumes, 115+ unique structures — with prices, Service Unit values, categories, and the SU-per-dollar ratio Upland never publishes in a comparable format.

How Service Structures Work
Service Structures are buildings you purchase as blueprints from the Upland Store, then construct on your properties using Sparklet. They contribute Service Units (SU) to your neighborhood's Service Score, which factors into your Resident Score and helps attract Uppies.
Each blueprint only needs to be purchased once — after that, you can build as many of that structure as you want (assuming you have the Sparklet and property space).
New structures drop every Wednesday at 9 AM PT and are available for one week.
Real Talk
The $9.99 price tier has delivered anywhere from 3 SU (Dry Cleaner) to 468 SU (Track & Field Complex) — a 156:1 ratio at the same price. Upland lists the SU in each article, but there's no disclosed framework for why the values vary so wildly. This catalog exists because players deserve to see the full picture before they buy.

Key Takeaways
156:1 ratio. The Track & Field Complex (468 SU) gives 156 times the value of the Dry Cleaner (3 SU) at the same $9.99 price point. There is no published framework explaining why.
