$9.99 tier whiplash continues. Four weeks ago Vol 41 was 3 SU Essential. Three weeks ago Vol 42 was 98 SU Public Service. This week is 14 SU Public Service. Same price point, completely different SU output, no published framework explaining why. A player budgeting Sparklet for the $9.99 tier this season has no way to predict what they're going to get next week.
Two of the four structures lean on licensed-feel IP (Nathan's, Dunder). Whether those are real licensing deals or homage branding isn't disclosed, but it's a recurring pattern lately. The structures still produce the same SU as any other structure at their tier — the branding is decorative.
SPH is published in the article (4-week rotation also confirmed). Credit on transparency. The catch is on the player side: 26,100 SPH for a 14 SU structure means thousands of UPX in Sparklet rental fees for build time, on top of the $9.99 blueprint.
