There's still no published framework that tells a builder which week to spend on.
ÜPKEA at 62 SU Essential for $6.99 is the underrated structure of the week. SPH per SU of 1,132 is efficient by construction-cost measures, and 62 SU is the highest $6.99 drop since the reduction. For builders sitting on $6.99-eligible UP2, this one is genuinely strong on its own and pairs well with Mall of Upland in a single Essential-heavy block.
