No standalone price, no published SU value, no category, no dimensions disclosed at sale time — the same paywalled-modular pattern documented on Madrid Sports Bar (Apr 3), Buenos Aires Rodizio (Apr 10), and Miami Nail Salon (Apr 17). Buyers commit $20 to a structure whose specs land in our catalog only after the sale window closes.
Paris is now on its second European Modular drop — the Restaurant Edition shipped Nov 21, 2025 to this same city. Adding La Muette and reopening Auteuil expands the map but also adds inventory to a city that already had multiple expansions in 2025. If you own in Paris, supply pressure points downward; if you’re new to Paris, the Standard Bundle’s 10,000 UPX floor is the lower-risk entry while the Antiquaire-specific decision waits on published specs.
