Real Talk
This is the leanest version of city evolution: no new map, no new neighborhoods — just a new modular skin and another round of property supply with collection odds attached. That's fine if you wanted more Dallas property or specifically like the Uppany & Co. look. But unlike the Seattle drop the same week, there's no new ground to explore here. The value is in the property and collection chance, not in anything new about the city.
Same caveat as every modular drop: the Uppany & Co. structure's SU and footprint aren't published, so you can't price it as a Service-Unit build at purchase. The $20 Deluxe is the only way to get it. If you're chasing the Dallas collection properties, note the Standard bundle gives a 5% shot for 15,000 UPX with no dollar spend — the Deluxe's 20% and the modular are what you're paying the $20 for.
