Quick Answer
Upland now offers unlimited sends within a city — you can direct your Block Explorer to any minted property as many times as you want. Visiting another player’s property costs 5-100 UPX (set by the property owner). Sending to your own properties is free. Inter-city travel requires trains, buses, or airplanes and costs UPX based on distance.
